This tree is great because the materials I used to make it have been UV Grouped and things are a lot nicer to look at. Plus, this is a Game ready Unreal Engine 4 tree you can use in any game. It looks great by itself and works well to paint this tree across a large landscape. Just place the fbx file anywhere in your game and create a new material for it and plug the correct textures in to the right areas to get a great looking tree.
