Hotel With Restaurant and Bar 3D model

Wow! This model was started back in 2008, and finally 7 years later it is finished! Most of the components in this model are newer, and have been made modular for easy editing / position / etc. All rooms have been furnished, and that includes all 17 suites, housekeeping, restaurant kitchen, dining room, bar, manager's office, storage areas, safe and records room. Important Notice! Many of the detailed components and room items are made invisible in the viewport by default just in case your system is slower than mine. I did this because this is a large scale model with many many many components, and details. You can simply make this items visible by un-checking the red dots beside the component names in the items menu on the right. This model uses c4d hair as grass, and there is a high volume of it! Only enable the grass object for exterior renderings. Note: render may take longer to start when you have grass layer enabled. It takes me 15 to 30 seconds for render to start when grass layer is enabled. The following fake brand names "Braunt" "Seaux Snobe" "Softkil" "Softkilops" "Softa-Cola" "BTEC" were created by me. You do not need to worry about trademark / copyright infringement with these particular brand names. The preview images were created with the default render for cinema 4d. This product contains the 3d model file(s) (c4d), and texture images (png / jpg) inside a zip file.
