This is a set of high-detailed low-polygonal american family houses. Because of their low polygon count, the models are perfect for use in games, yet also detailed enough for architectural visualizations. Each model was created in Autodesk 3ds Max 2012 and was rendered using mental ray renderer. The models are made out of quads and tris, and a couple of ngons. There are five texture maps included - diffuse, normal and specular maps. The models are in real-world scale, meters used as units. Light setup and cameras are not included. Each of the 3 models have been Checkmate Lite certified and each model is available for download separately by clicking on my screen name.
