The Le Rhone 80 hp engine was widely used during WWI and powered famous aircraft such as the Sopwith Pup. It is a Rotary Engine meaning the whole engine rotates around the crankshaft. This product is a detailed model of the Le Rhone 80 hp Rotary engine, which such details as the valve springs, exhaust valves, rocker arms, ball bearings, and bolts all being reproduced. The package contains the model, and no texture files are required as everything is generated by Lightwave (procedural textures). The model portrays the engine (crank case, cylinders, propeller hub, fuel pipes, etc) and the mounting plate and the two accessory gears.
