Açıklama
The Lewis Gun was invented in 1911 by an american, Col. Isacc Lewis. The gun was gas operated and was widely adopted by British Empire forces and used by a number of countries up to the Korean War. It was visually distinctive with it"s top loading pan. ( model depicts an aircraft magazine of 97 rounds )
It was especially used by the British and French airforces
as a primary weapon and as an observer or gunners weapon.
The model comes with a Scarff mount which allowed the weapon
to be rotated and elevated while supporting the gun"s weight.
