The living room 3d model, with a dinning table and about 10 chairs, four lights and one table with rack and two rooms with windows.
I uploaded three formats.

2.(.blend)
3.(.dae)
4.(.fbx)
This model are developed using maya, and materials and textures are added both using maya and blender.
In maya file you can find the image textures. And in the blender file you can find the normal materials like solid colours. I recommend you to download both the files.
