Materials and Texture Mapping: • The Brook Trout Textures are created by using several photographs of a Wild Brook Trout. • The Map Image Textures are made and painted in Mudbox along with Photoshop. • Mudbox’s Trout model was transferred into 3ds Max 2015. • Rendering was completed in 3ds Max/Mental Ray while using default lighting. • No plugins or post production. Model Construction: • Fins are separate capped elements. • Body fin intersections are capped.
