This is a 3-D model of a life size,ready to manufacture frame of a mountain bike. This model has been carefully designed considering the original dimensions and ergonomics of the rider. The frame has been analysed with forces with consideration of real time situations and is designed to withstand the loads which a bicycle faces in everyday situations. The shape is economical and the material used are Aluminium 6061 tubes. The model has been designed for a customized wheelbase and ride height.
