Parking signs modeled in 3ds Max at real-world scale (units: cm). Max file contains signs, posts, and bolt/bracket objects in groups with Turbosmooth modifiers applied. Also contains V-Ray materials, light, camera, and HDRI environment used to render preview images. HDRI provided by HDRI Haven (public domain license). Models are all-quads with unwrapped UVs. Repeated elements in scene like bolts and brackets have overlapping UVs. Sign front UVs are U offset. 43 textures provided (all 4096x4096 pngs) found in max.zip folder. This includes 32 diffuse map options (see preview image) and specular, glossiness, and normal maps for sign fronts; plus a separate diffuse, specular, glossiness, and normal map for sign backs, posts, and remaining elements. Material library file included (V-Ray only) for easier application of desired textures. 25 FBX and 25 OBJ file versions of various elements and sign configurations also included.
