The Maya file includes a lighting setup that uses 2 Spheres one for reflaction and the other for Final Gather , plus 2 directional lights. Correct color management is set in all the files in Maya. The preview images in the above presentations are all rendered with no post work. The model has one single and standard Phong material plus a blinn material for the corneas to catch the specular highlights.
