This model is intended for CNC machines on 3 axes. In the program for processing the model settles down in the canvas center, the program of milling of the face is created then the model is displayed specularly on the center and the trajectory of a reverse side is created. Preparation is processed at first on the one hand then the main thing turns over and processed on the other hand that thickness of preparation coincided with thickness set in the program for combination of two halves in the right place. After milling the thorns are cut off, both halves stick together, in some places is ground and is ready. The size it is possible to set any to what the material and possibilities of the machine allows. Feature of this model is that it is processed on not difficult machines, doesn't demand the rotary mechanism. Simple creation of the operating program.
