Pripyat Sign 3D model

Detailed realistic model of Pripyat city limit sign in northern Ukraine. The model is in real-world scale. It was created in Autodesk 3ds Max 2012 and was rendered using mental ray renderer. There are 7 texture maps included with 2 additional maps containing an AO map and a Curvature map. In addition, PBR textures are also included. All textures are in square 4096x4096 resolutions. All objects, textures and materials are properly named for easy use. The model is created out of quads and tris, has clean topology, and is centered to world (0,0,0). The background scene, lights and render setup are also included in this product. You just open the file and render the scene as shown in the preview images. Please note that the HDRi is not included in this product. The sign consists of a single object and is contained in a seperate, named layer.
