This is a model of a modular rooftop assembly. Originally created with 3ds Max 2014. This model was designed for use as a real-time asset in a videogame or simulation. Includes the Unreal Engine 4 package. In the package is the FBX2014 file and the required textures for the UE4 PBR materials. Namely: Diffuse, Metallic, Specular, Roughness, and Normal. This model contains 18 separate objects This model contains 5336 polygons with TurboSmooth OFF This model contain 4784 quads, 552 tris, and 0 ngons This model contains Standard materials only. Smoothing Groups used: 1: 1904 polygons 2: 1153 polygons 3: 617 polygons 4: 563 polygons 5: 431 polygons 6: 218 polygons 7: 43 polygons 9, 10, 11: 32 polygons 12: 81 polygons 13: 338 polygons 14: 257 polygons 31: 24 polygons 32: 42 polygons Almost all preview images are rendered with Default Scanline Renderer. Some images are screenshots from Unreal Engine (specified on image). No Photoshop or compositing used, product is ready to render out-of-the-box. Lights and cameras are not included in the file. 2048x2048 PNG texture maps (27). Diffuse, Specular, Gloss, Normals, Displacement (Bump) and Opacity. 4096x4096 Textures are available as separate download. Model is built to real-world scale. Units used: Centimeters. Tower is aprox 700 centimeters tall. Scene objects are organized by layers / groups / selection sets. No third-party renderer or plug-ins needed. ----- Please, rate the products when able.
