Small office made natively in Cinema 4D r17 + Vray 1.9 and 3ds Max 2014 + Vray 3.4. Iluminated with vray plane lights and vray sun. The scene is ready to render in 3ds max + Vray and Cinema 4d + Vray, no plugins used (except vray). The textures of the structure have been carefully made in photoshop to be at the same measure of each side of the walls and the floor (so they fit perfectly).
