A mid 13th Century knight in chainmail This is a medium polycount model fit for both real time and general visualization. Modelled in real world scale, this character is 1,80 meters tall. This model is centered at the origin with zeroed transforms. Rendered in Blender Cycles in polygonal form. Geometry is almost full quads with just a few tens of triangles and IS built for subdivision. This character is issued in polygonal form in ALL formats. The last picture in the product presentation shows the character in subdivision form. (Polycount in the product description refers to triangles at SubD 0). The character is divided in several objects objects: Limbs and neck, the tunic, the helm, the belt with scabbards, the shield and related belts, the sword, the dagger and the lance. Warning: this character has no head inside the helm. Three materials, each with a 2048x2048 set of PBR textures in .Png format. All sets include Base Colour, Roughness, Metal, Normal (OpenGL), Height. Arms, legs and the sword blade sides are mirrored, all the rest of the geometry has no overlapping UVs. Objects, materials and textures names match. Cycles materials need to be rebuilt when used in different applications than Blender, but they export as Phong materials when exported to .Fbx. Textures for exchange formats are issued as a separate download in the Support Files Section. The .Zip also includes the Material Masks maps used to generate textures. The .Blend file is issued with packed textures, and includes the image I used to fake reflection. This file was originally released under License CC0, credits go to HDRIHaven. Lighting rig included.
