I present to you the animated model of Human Heart. Originally was modeled in 3ds max and excellent animation sequences.
The Human Heart model has a V-Ray material with textures of high-resolution multilayer texture.

The model is animated and has such animations (all animations are looped):
Normal heartbeat - 18 keyframes
