BPR render: SSS, soft shadows, lights, HDR reflections, render passes. -- Geometry -- ZTL contains 5 subdivision levels. Lower level(1) - 47 598 polygons Highest level(5) - 13 millons For Eyelashes and Hair were used fiber mesh. -- Materials -- Skin material with SSS shader and rendering setup. You can create your own new textures with resolution higher than 4096x4096 px. For it was configured Multi Map Exporter for quick normal, displacement 32 and diffuse textures export.
