Here is a modern apartment building with European style. There are 6 floors and one basement with car park entrance. The roof is flat roof with elevator machine tower and wooden pergolah. The building is modeled from ready architectonic drawings. Exterior facade design is made with MAX. Dimensions are in centimeters: Building height is 2391cm length is 2528cm width is 2167cm Render settings are optimized for a quick but high quality render for simulating a realistic hires exterior scene The objects and are named architecturally and gathered in the according groups so it is easy to work with it. (for merging parts to other files or search in file etc.) All file formats contain identical geometry as seen above with clean and accurate construction (see wire frames above). All details have been fully modeled out. Materials and/or textures may need to be adjusted for the formats besides max format. All file formats are zipped with texture bitmap files. You just needed to unzip the preferred format file into your folder and it is ready to use it without redefining the paths. First THREE preview HD images does not represent the real content. For real content, please refer to other still images. Plants are NOT included. Cars are NOT included. Sky map is included. MAX V-Ray files are with V-Ray materials. MAX Mental Ray files are with standard materials. The presentation images after the first two HD images are taken by 3ds Max 2015 and V-Ray render plug-in 3.00.08 with V-Ray materials. The presentation images after the wireframe images are taken by 3ds Max 2015 and default M-Ray render engine with standard max materials EXCEPT the very last one. It is taken by 3ds Max 2015 and default Scanline render engine.
