So many N-Gons and triangles, as well as being so large that the camera in Maya cannot display the whole thing.

Half a star is not a fair rating for this product. Original MAX 3d model is tested and all is ok, as presented. Expotred version have some geometry issue and model size is not real issue. New export is sent to buyer.
