The scene will render exactly as you see in the full color thumbnails above. ALL of the materials, textures, and objects you see in the color thumbnails ARE included... What you see is what you get. The building and site is fully modeled all around, but some of the objects not seen in the color thumbnail shots do not have materials applied. It"s just a building shell... i.e. No interior stuff is included. Everything is separated by layer. Set up to render with standard Mental Ray via only (2) light sources... fast and easy. Nothing fancy no special plug-ins just straight up Max7 The idea for this structure was a nice facade and office space up front with warehouse/shop/loading space in back.
