This is a detailed single family house. Model has realistic proportions. Setup for Linear Workflow, scene ready to be rendered in Vray. Geometry is grouped- whole object is one group. Textures, materials are included. Interior walls are included, like in all my architectural models. For the grass you will need the forest plugin, the grass has also a displacement modifier applied (not active), so if you don t have the forest plugin you can just activate it and render with displacement modifier.
