This cartoon filing cabinet's native format is Cinema 4D R19. There is animation in the cinema and fbx files on the cabinets and drawers.
The Cinema 4D file has lights, a camera, and materials applied, and an HDRI sky object setup. You must load an HDRI image into the empty HDRI material balls luminance channel.
