There is no problem with multiplied materials and textures. NB: For each object, there is only one material. No Multi/Sub-Object materials ! There are layers in order to separate each models . It's like a modular construction. you can copy buildings to get a bigger city. There are several block of buildings . You have the possibility to personnalize each building if you want.
