Model have been renamed for easy work.
Native files are created with 3ds Max 2018 version.
Also .rar folders including .max 2017, 2016, 2015 versions too.
Exported versions are .fbx, .obj and .3ds and works fine.
'Cornice Material' material applied to model, and including product.
Created in real world scales. Default display unit scale is metric.
