Realistic terrain model of a desert environment. Terrain consists of 8 1km x 1km tiles, each of which tile with each other. These tiles have been linked together in an example lay-out to form a 5kmx5km mesh. This mesh can be tiled off to infinity with little apparent repetition. Model also includes a 2d sky-dome incorporating horizon hills image. 25.7Meg of satellite data makes up the texture element of this model, giving a ground resolution of better than 1m per texture pixel. ---------------- ----------------
