The airlines which have the most of these aircraft in their inventories are in Europe and include Satena, Air Alps, Sun Air of Scandinavia, and Cirrus. It carries between 24 and 40 passengers. The aircraft is also used in a modified capacity for military and governmental use in a variety of missions. It is used as an Australian Maritime Safety Authority and has been used also as an air ambulance and a transport in disaster relief having good STOL qualities. These aircraft have been equipped with FLIR and other search and rescue aids for SAR capability.
