描述
Model consists of two parts: main body and gut.
Both parts are not welded.
You may enable/disable them in SubTool panel.
I included Zphere rig for easy reposing of model.
Load both model and z-rig into zbrush.
In tool->subtool panel highlight body or gut, depending on what you need to reposition.
Select Zphere rig and use tool->rigging->bind mesh.
Set fetus mesh to lowest subdivision level before reposing it. tool->geometry
