The model of the hybrid hoverbike, a flying motorcycle with a unique and very logical construction which makes it possibly the best flying motorcycle on the market! This model is the development of our first hoverbike (product ID 1305168). Each rotor has 1 generator + 2 electrical motors. Any real motorcycle is subject to customisation and this one is no exception! The rectangular frame can be easily extended, cut and extruded. The two cylinders opposite the engine can be replaced as well as its fuel tank and seats. This model is good for presentations, games, cartoons, movies and maybe as a prototype for a real hoverbike! The model is scaled for an average humanoid type model between160-190 cm tall. The principle idea was to make it convenient and interesting for all kind of animation including POV. For example, the pilot can see all instrumentation the, the handle bar and turning front rotor. Trottle is traditionally behind the handlebar and the form of the handle bar is designed to simplify the animation process. An fact all parts of the hoverbike can be animated - rotors, arrows on the dashboard, etc. Almost all the textures are handmade and in fact are just solid colours - red, black, etc. All materials are Max standard and not physical. All objects in the scene are linked properly and are linked to the hover bike itself. Objects in the scene do not support additional subdivision (Meshsmooth or Turbosmooth). The model comes with a short 220 frames demo animation including a biped animation. Please see the preview avi. the biped is rather tall - almost 182 cm. We didn't animate the throttle levers, buttons on the handlebar, arrows, generator shaft and fuel tank cap. That's simple enough to do and self explanatory. The rotation controller is set to linear except for the rotors. The native model format is 3DS Max 2019. The hybridhoversimple.max file contains no biped and no animation as we don't know which application you plan to use it in, and 1 different material - reflection removed. This file was exported in FBX format which is also included. The model was also imported into Unity 5 as you can see on one of the previews. The mesh is correct but materials need tweaking as it's not currently a Unity package.. Please put all files into the same folder. Depending on the application and the file format you may need to reassign textures used in materials. Thank you and enjoy :)
