The Irish House is a high quality model that was created specially for video games. However, it can be used in any other media sphere, because it has high quality PBR textures and correct topology. Model was created it 3ds Max 2016 and rendered with several render engines like Marmoset Toolbag 3, V-Ray, Unreal Engine. ********************************* Features: -High quality lowpoly (quads/tris only) and game ready model. Model has real world scale with pivot in zero. -There are 5 texture sets with PBR texture maps (BaseColor, Metallness, Roughness, Specular, AO, Normal) and with Vray textures (Base Color, Reflection, Glossiness, Ior, Normal) -Model is fully textured with all materials applied. There are two versions: V-Ray and Standard with accordingly assigned materials -All textures and materials are included and mapped in every format. -3ds Max models are grouped for easy selection, and objects are logically named for ease of scene management. -Collision and LOD are included in scene, they are hided to not disorientate you.
