Before you rate read the description first..
High detailed Photo-realistic Old House..
With some plant and Ivy and Branch
Number of polygon are counted without Ivy and plants
Only some plants and trees are include as you seen in the preview
In other software you may need to apply a material by yourself...Its already UV
SO just import the texture in your 3d program and you are done
In 3ds max vray camera and light are not included..
Extra file format are export from 3ds max...
