This is detailed 3d model of a modern building. polycount: total scene 27827 faces total scene 13794 polys 16053 vertices V-Ray plugin was used for rendering, some materials and lights. All textures are included, though some materials use 3ds Max`s procedural maps instead of bitmap. Preview images were corrected in post.
