Spur Gear Set 13 to 29 Teeth, Module 1.0mm, 20 Degree Pressure Angle Basics: These gears are to recognised industry standards for module system gears with an involute tooth profile. Module 1.0 gears have a tooth spacing of approximately 3.1mm. 20 Degree Pressure Angle gives a tooth profile that is suitable for plastic. These gears have been 3D printer tested, however it should be noted that producing of gears of this fine pitch can be a challenging for some printers and software. Presentation images are of the actual .STL files. What You Get: A total of 34 files! STL files for ALL gears from 13 to 29 teeth inclusive. There are two types of each, a "plate" gear (a simple flat gear) and a "boss" gear (a gear with a centre hub on one side. The centre / pilot hole in each gear is 3mm. Each gear has an embossed number of teeth on the side so you don't need to count teeth when you print them! Why? There are lots of gears available to print, but most are not to recognised standards, let alone a complete and useful set! Help! If you encounter any issues with these, please let me know!
