描述
New York building in East Village.
Modeled in Maya 2016 with
architectural Mental Ray shaders and a foot cube for rescaling.
Also included is a VRAY version
Topology is clean and optimized with mostly quads.
Brick texture is 4k and all others range from 2k and under.
Texture files and Shaders are named accordingly as well as geometry parts.
Building is well detailed for close shots and comes with
simple apartment interior textures.
Sidewalk and Street are sold separately.
Textures are only on the Texture zip file.
