This is an accurate model of Oakland (cityscape).
This model was build with 3ds Max 2016, V-Ray 3.60.04, it is highly accurate (real world scale), perfect for architectural and town planning projects.
Surface scene : ~ 202 km2
Most of buildings are boxes, some others are more detailed like skycrapers.
The scene is well organized by layers.
Scene include all materials, lights and V-ray parameters.
Others exports : FBX, OBJ, DWG
