- Each mesh has fully unwrapped UVs.

- All objects have 5 pbr materials, clear UVs, textures and maps.

- DeckDetail;

- Further;

- Glass;

- Other;

Each material includes 4096x4096 .png textures (Diffuse (Base Color), Metalness, Normal, Roughness and AO maps).

.Blend archive includes just subdivision level 0 file.
