Its easy to change nationality of shop, only change text on PSD UV maps - Model is built to real-world scale (unit of measure: meters) - This model contains 17713 polygons and 30985 vertices! - There are 30 textures in scene. - Main textures resolutions are 7230x2322 The model was orginally created in 3Ds Max 2012, then textured and rendered using Mental Rey (no additional plugin needed). Lights and camera ae included in the scene. There is also a scene to FBX (exported from 3DS Max and other from LightWave), 3dS and OBJ conversion, but I suggest to ask for conversion of the TurboSquid from other formats.
