The 3D model is specially designed for 3DSmax + corona or vray render only. OBJ contain only the 3D model mesh and do not have all the functionality available in 3dsmax

Water surface and ripples from waterfalls on different channels can be adjusted independently - move, rotate, scale (in modifiers) and change the intensity of ripples (in materials)
The viewport displays only 1 normal texture on the surface of the water (the render displays all materials), in order to make another normal texture visible, to fit it, you must enable its display in the corresponding material in the Bump Normal maps
If you need only 1 ripples from the waterfall, then the excess can be shifted in the water surface modifier beyond the boundary of this surface or remove it with UVW
Caustics under water - imitation, its intensity is adjusted in the glow section in the tile material
