- A model of a residential house, made out of 3730 polygons (only quads and tris); - The model is fully unwrapped, it is one single mesh, and it has four 8192 pixels maps (diffuse, normal, reflection and opacity); - Located in the 3dMax folder, there is also a Psd file for the residential house, with different layers for dirt, rust, decals, and ambient oclusion, layers that you can switch on and off, in order to get more variations of the model's texture; - The base colors of the model's diffuse texture is flat, on individual layers in the Psd file, so you can change them in any other color without affecting the details on top; - The model is centered to zero on x,y,z axes.
