In order to reset the rig, please go to the pose mode and delete the keyframes. press alt+r and then alt+g to bring the model to a rest pose before beginning a fresh animation. Otherwise you could start a fresh animation from frame number 38 onwards. On opening the model press alt+A to play the animation loop.
