This is very accurate model of sci-fi building.
Created accordingly to the CheckMate Pro standard:
- good mesh topology,
- no ngons,
- no overlapping vertices,
- no overlapping faces,
- objects 100% scaled,
- objects names,
Optimized and clear geometry, model is very light in viewport.

Two versions included:
- 3ds Max - standard version with standard materials,
- 3ds Max – V-Ray version with V-Ray materials and light,
FBX and Obj works fine.
Thumbnails rendered with V-Ray.

PROFESSIONALLY MODELLED
Model made without ngons and to keep polycount as low as possible:
- no ngons, mostly quads (97,4%)

Not intended for subdivision. There are 8 custom made textures in dimensions: 2400x2400 and 2200x2200 px
