the doors are separated and can be opened,
real world scale
textures 4096x4096 ,all textures are in a folder
textures for blend file are packed within the file
for OBJ and FBX please download the texture folders
all textures are named correctly
there are a PBR metal/roughness texture folder and Unity 5 PBR folder , please download the folders from supporting files
rendered with cycles.
