Sci Fi Skydome is a 3ds Max scene of a stylized alien sky, suitable for video/films, animations, stills and games. This low poly scene contains a hemisphere skydome, a fictional ringed planet similar to Saturn, two moons, a set of original textures and several animated effects. Use Sci Fi Skydome to turn any landscape, terrain or cityscape into a fantasy world in outer space. Sci Fi Skydome has been tested in the UDK game engine and is game ready. The haze on the planet uses a simple, optional flange with opacity maps, and does not require any third party plugins or atmospheric effects. Please note: for flybys of the planet, the flange must be animated to remain perpendicular to the camera. All renders are default scanline.
