Custom Design (by me) 11 Story High-rise Building: 1st Floor commercial/retail with 10 stories of residential.
Skyscraper
Building was designed based on a site size of 50' x 112' (2 Chicago Lots)
-Modeled in Revit 2015
-Brought into 3ds Max and merged. Rendered using Vray & HDRI, HDRI Not included in file.
-Concrete Texture included.
-Materials and colors can easily be modified.
-Interiors of tower are not modeled, empty floor plate.
