FOR FILE CONVERSION ASK SUPPORT ************************************************************************************************************************ Design: Achille & Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, 1960 An impressive and 'out of this world' design, Viscontea provides a warm glow and stylish appeal to any environment. The Viscontea cocoon lamp features a white, powder-coated metal frame which is then sprayed with a unique 'cocoon' resin to create the diffuser. It is then protected by a transparent finish. This technique and use of material was first popularized by George Nelson and his 'Bubble' lamps. Achille Castiglioni's imaginative forms and simplistic designs have made him one of the most influential figures in Italian design. ************************************************************************************************************************ ~ Modeled and rendered with 3ds Max 9 / V-Ray, V-Ray scene requires V-Ray plugin, the Scanline scene requires no plugins. ~ 3ds Max 9 is the native file ~ High quality modelling that is detailed, excellent for closeups, and architectural visualization. ~ Model is scaled to real world. ~ Added 3ds Max 9 format with V-Ray materials, and with standard materials for Default Scanline Renderer. ~ There is no scene included, just the object only. ~ Materials are named logically. ~ Objects in the files are named logically. ~ Textures are named logically. ~ Texture size is 1200*1200 pixel / 72dpi. ~ 3ds Max files are with smooth (subdivision) level 2. ~ All other files where saved at 3 smooth levels. ~ The model has Quads and Tris only. ~ On smooth level 1&2 has quads only. ~ Smooth Level 0: Polys: 13028 (456 tris), Verts: 13457 ~ Smooth Level 1: Polys: 51656, Verts: 52947 ~ Smooth Level 2: Polys: 206624, Verts: 209183 ************************************************************************************************************************ Please submit a rating :) (+) feedback helps me to improve my library Thank you!
