Everything in this model is grouped, BUT not jointed, that a reason why is there like 1.5k objects. You can delete every single part of model with no problems, so that mean , you can adjust model to your purposes if you need to. For Example: You can delete any roof tile you will choose or windows or u can delete Ivy if you want. You can customize it as you want.
Or if you dont want to make any changes, you can simply select all and hit connect :) its up to you
