This is the wheel of Dodge Dart 2013
The poly count can be changed by adjusting the TurboSmooth modifier iterations on the wheel only. Or you can change to MeshSmooth if you want.

There are no bitmap texture, all material is native library Mental Ray and 3Ds Max like a: noise, falloff and gradient ramp. All material are inside of WheelDodgeDart2013.mat zipped with the 3D file.
