Abandoned House 3D Model

Old abandoned house in Victorian style. --- Originally made with v-ray materials. Render ready for V-ray, HDRI is included. --- Additional .max file with standards material and default scanline render. -- All models have real-world scale centered at 0,0,0. Units setup is in cm. Scene is organised by layers. Textures included. --- All objects and materials are properly and uniquely named. ---- Clean geometry. No n-gons, overlapping faces or vertices. No interiors . ----- NOTE! Due to the nature of the exchange formats (.obj, .3ds and .fbx) , there will be some textures that have to be loaded by hand. Aso the textures made from 2 bitmaps (facade, gutters, fundament and windows (dirt)) cannot be transferred to this formats so you will get only the basic bitmap... You should blend this bitmap with .png maps you'll get inside zip folder (v-ray blend material)
