important note:
- to operate the setter knobs properly click on the "Rotate" button on the toolbar,
and set the "Reference Coordinate System" drop down menu to "Local"
- To reset the handles select the setter knobs, right click on it and select the "Rotate To Zero" option.
- The clock movement already animated, but if you want to animate differently just grab the second_hand_hlp and animate it.
