Alcatraz Cell Block 3D Model

Alcatraz three-story cell block is a 3d model of English Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary, also known as the Rock. It is a former high-security federal prison on Alcatraz Island, 1.25 miles (2.01 km) off the coast of San Francisco (California, USA) and a public museum currently. The main prison building was built in 1910-1912 as a military prison of the US Army. The Rock was given a high level of security. Due to the location of the island in cold waters and the strong current of the San Francisco Bay, prison officials considered Alcatraz the most reliable prison in America, protected from escape. The three-story cell building included the four main cell blocks – A, B, C, D-block, the warden's office, visitation room, the library, and the barber shop. The cells were primitive and lacked privacy.

Warning: Depending on which software package you are using, the exchange formats (.obj, 3ds and .fbx) may not match the preview images exactly. Due to the nature of these formats, there may be some textures that have to be loaded by hand and possibly triangulated geometry.
