Apartment 3D Model

This is a realistic model of an apartment from a multi-dwelling unit (American colonial architecture style). The apartment is based on two real houses. Both the front and the back include a porch. The poly-count of the house makes it suitable for games and closer renders as well. The whole house is a closed model it doesn't have any holes and the points are welded together. Except for the bottom part, that part was deleted since it is not needed. File Formats: .3ds (3D Studio) .obj (generic format supported by most 3D programs) .jas (Cheetah3D) .fbx (Autodesk) .sia (Silo) .dxf (AutoCAD) .stl (stereolithography CAD software) Created and rendered in Cheetah 3D. The preview images have not been modified in an image editing application.
